Part 1: How the TSC is structured – the Options and documents (Free)

The aim of this webinar is to introduce you to the common philosophies of the NEC family of contracts and focuses in more detail on the main and secondary options of the NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC). It will also cover contract documents used in the TSC and the different functions of each.

Part 2: Roles and responsibilities of the Service Manager and Contractor under the TSC (Free)

The aim of this webinar is to provide a summary of the main roles and responsibilities of both the Service Manager and Contractor under the NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC).  It will take you through some of the general provisions of the TSC including the role of the Service Manager, an early warning, and also the provisions dealing with the Contractor’s main responsibilities.
