This course explains how to assess compensation events as required by clause 63 and how the Contractor builds up the cost of his quotation or a Project Manager assessment is built up.
After studying this course, you should be able to:-In this course, we will look at:
1. the procedures and timescales for the Contractor to submit quotations through to when a compensation event is implemented.
2. The Project Manager'Äö response to a quotation, and why, when and how the Project Manager makes his or her own assessment of the compensation event. The relevant clauses are those in 62, 63 and 64.
Consequently, learners will be better able to fulfil their obligations under the contract.
