Early warning is a core process in NEC contracts requiring the project team to notify, manage and mitigate risks (early warnings) which could impact upon time, cost or quality.
Following notification, the Service Manager and Consultant (and any relevant others) are required to meet to discuss the notified early warnings at regular early warning meetings.
You can use this NEC4 PSC template for Consultant’s or Service Manager’s notifications of early warning under clause 15.1.
