NEC4 ECS Payment Application and Certificate Template

Use this free downloadable template to help you create a payment application and certificate under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Subcontract (ECS). 

Payment on construction projects is usually regulated by legislation. You must check which legislation applies in your jurisdiction to ensure these templates are suitable.

You can use these NEC4 ECS templates for the Subcontractor’s application for payment and the Contractor’s certificate as follows:

• Subcontractor’s application for payment under clause 50.2
• Contractor’s Payment Certificate under clause 51.1
• Notify under clause 51.3 of interest on a corrected payment certificate
• Notify under clause 53.1 of an assessment of the final amount due (gives)
• Contractor’s Certificate of the final payment under clause 53.1
