The aim of this course is to explain the reasons why a construction contract maybe suspended or terminated and how this works in practice.
After studying this course, you should be able to:-
1. Detail the circumstances in which contract work may lawfully be stopped, either temporarily or permanently
2. Explain the different types of terminations (breach at common law, breach and termination of employment distinguished) and the nature and effect of repudiation.
