The aim of this course explain the obligations created by a contract, and those incur under the law of tort.

After studying this course, you should be able to:-

1. Define the different types of terms in a contract and explain how express terms differ from implied terms
2. Outline how the different components of the contract documents are used to define expressed terms; in particular, articles of agreement, conditions of contract, project-specific data, project-specific data, drawings, schedules, specifications, bills of quantities, other documents and interaction between documents.
