NEC4 PSC Service Manager Submission Template

Use this free downloadable template to help you create a Service Manager Submission under the NEC4 Professional Service Contract (PSC).

The PSC requires the Service Manager to make a handful of submissions to the Consultant on various matters that arise during the course of a construction project. The PSC goes a step further than most traditional contracts by requiring the Consultant to not only respond to a submission, but to respond with reasons. 

You can use this NEC4 PSC template for a Service Manager’s submission of the following: 

• Submit under 35.1 a proposal for an acceleration to achieve Completion before the Completion Date
• Submit under clause 86.1 for acceptance insurance certificates for insurances taken out by the Client (period for reply is period for reply)
