NEC4 PSC Payment Application and Certificate Template

Use this free downloadable template to help you create a payment application and certificate under the NEC4 Professional Service Contract (PSC).

Payment on construction projects is usually regulated by legislation. You must check which legislation applies in your jurisdiction to ensure these templates are suitable. 

You can use these NEC4 PSC templates for the Consultant’s application for payment and the Service Manager’s certificate as follows:

• Consultant’s application for payment under clause 50.2
• Service Manager’s Payment Certificate under clause 51.1
• Notify under clause 51.3 of interest on a corrected payment certificate
• Notify under clause 53.1 of an assessment of the final amount due
• Service Manager’s Certificate of the final payment under clause 53.1
