Assessing NEC4 ECC Compensation Events

This course explains the assessment of compensation events as set out under clause 63. It also covers in detail the rules for assessing both time and cost in the Contractor's quotations or a Project Manager's assessment. In addition it also outlines the additional clauses to do with assessing compensation events which are specific to the different main options. It does not cover either of the two Schedule of Cost Components, which are covered in separate courses.
