Jon Broome

Dr Jon Broome gained the world’s first PhD in the applied use of NEC way back in 1998 having studied under one of its two instigators. Since then he has developed a huge breadth of experience relating to the NEC contracts, through: early involvement in developing contract strategy for unique/complex procurements, writing additional clauses and drafting and improving Scope documents, helping contractors win work under NEC, training and setting up project teams, and assignments to help avoid disputes and as an expert witness.
