Built Intelligence is pleased to announce that we have gained our Cyber Essentials accreditation badge.

Acquiring this government endorsed accreditation demonstrates the commitment of our organisation to protecting our users’ data. It shows that we value our customers and respect their right to privacy.

What is Cyber Essentials?

Cyber Essentials is a UK government information assurance scheme operated by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) that encourages organisations to adopt good practice in information security. It includes an assurance framework and a simple set of security controls to protect information from threats coming from the internet.

The Benefit of Cyber Essentials 

Having the Cyber Essentials badge not only protects our organisation against 80% of cyber-attacks, but it also demonstrates to our customers that we have considered security controls and are working in a safe and secure environment.

What's next for Built Intelligence 

Because we take data protection seriously at Built intelligence, we will be looking into acquiring Cyber Essentials PLUS in the near future. This involves an external vulnerability scan. This means that one of there certification bodies will visit our office and perform a test that is in line with the Cyber Essentials test specification.
