The course details the processes required to deliver a BIM project, who is responsible for each process and when and how they are used. It covers documentation such as the Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and CIC BIM Protocol.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
1) Understand the processes that must be in place in order to successfully deliver a BIM project.
2) Explain the overview of the required key processes that must be in place to support BIM.
