This course will explain the policies that need to be adopted and cover the initiation stages to setting up a project and how setting out clear objectives and outcomes initially will lead to better delivery.
The Playbook asks all Parties involved to think about projects and programmes in new ways, looking at risk, sustainability and innovation across projects from the outset.
