Understanding Client’s and Consultant’s Obligations under NEC4 PSC

This course provides a quick and punchy summary of the main roles and responsibilities of both the Client and the Consultant under the NEC4 Professional Services Contract (PSC). The course will take you through some of the general provisions, governing actions, identified and defined terms, communications, the roles of the Client, Service Manager and Consultant, Early warning, Consultant’s main responsibilities for Providing the Services, People and working with the Client and Others.
