Use this free downloadable template to help you create a Service Manager Submission under the NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC).
The TSC requires the Service Manager to make a handful of submissions to the Contractor on various matters that arise during the course of a construction project. The TSC goes a step further than most traditional contracts by requiring the Contractor to not only respond to a submission, but to respond with reasons.
You can use this NEC4 TSC template for a Service Manager’s submission of the following:
Submit under clause 86.1 for acceptance insurance certificates for insurances taken out by the Client (period for reply is period for reply)
