EU Public Procurement Directives Modernisation
Need to understand whats changed with the Public Contract Regulations? Then this learning path is for you. The Public Contracts Directives set out the legal framework for public procurement. This learning path of five course covers the new Public Contracts Directive which will apply when contracting authorities seek to acquire supplies, services, or works (e.g. civil engineering or building). The path outlines the requirements of the Public Contracts Directive, drawing attention to a number of changes to procedures and requirements for public procurement. This learning path has been built in collaboration with Crown Commercial Services and industry-leading practitioners from Mills and Reeves legal practice and other leading consultancy practices, who have been published widely and been directly involved in the drafting of the new UK regulations.
