Attracting and Developing the Next Generation of Engineers

This course will also explore the initiatives taken by companies and professional institutions to attract and develop engineering talents in Hong Kong. You will learn about AECOM's unique advantage of offering engineers of different disciplines ample opportunities to work on world-class projects around the world. You will also learn about the role played by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in promoting the technical excellence and contributions of engineers to the community.

By the end of this course, you should be able to:
