This course provides an overview of non-adversarial dispute resolution methods and describe the options available for dispute resolution in the standard forms of contract.
After studying this course, you should be able to:-
1. List the main methods of dispute resolution; in particular adjudication, arbitration and litigation, conciliation, mediation, private enquiry and early neutral evaluation.
2. Outline the key features of a dispute resolution board, and
3. Explain the references to ADR procedures in standard forms of contract.
