With significant previous experience as a consultant and surveyor for a range of huge organisations, Chris is leading Built Intelligence in its aims to be the market leader of digital training and support tool for construction professionals.
Carolyn Robins - Strategic Partners Manager
Carolyn Robins joined Built Intelligence in March 2020 the week of the lockdown – a challenging time to move roles! With a background in construction and property, Carolyn is the Strategic Partners Manager, dealing with our contributors and authors as well as overseeing the marketing and communications for the company.
Carolyn moved to BI from RICS, where she previously worked as UK Awards Manager alongside another BI team member, Deborah Knibbs, supporting & working with the members and judges and arranging national ceremonies.
Spare time is spent volunteering at a local charity working with young adults with learning difficulties, or spending time with her family, travelling, or her other passion - wine tasting!!
Jackie Parfitt - Business Development Advisor
Jackie originally came back to BI in October 2020 as a Customer Service Advisor and has recently moved back to the Sales Team as Business Development Advisor.
Although still relatively new to the construction Industry, Jackie has over 40 years’ experience in Customer Service/Marketing & Sales mainly in Financial Services, Insurance and the Legal profession. Jackie loves getting to know people and helping them achieve what they what want both in and outside of work.
Spare time is spent enjoying her passion for dancing Salsa, Bacahata and Kizomba and also loves swimming and Yoga.
Liz Exley - Customer Support Technician
Liz Exley joined September 2020 to work in the Customer Support Team dealing with the support enquiries and giving technical support to our customers to help keep them on track!
Liz has previously worked in IT in a variety of industries, but is new to construction. Liz spends her spare time cycling, travelling, and spending time with her family.

Deborah Knibbs - Director Content and Community
Deborah Knibbs joined the BI team originally in 2020 as Events and Engagement Manager, and returned to the fold in December 2022 as Director – Content & Community, overseeing the Built Intelligence training Academy, supporting the webinar programme and delivering over 30 sessions every month.
Deborah also coordinates the BI bespoke training packages as well as providing help and assistance to the Enterprise Customers. An exciting and busy role!

Deborah moved to BI from RICS alongside Carolyn, where she worked as the Engagement Manager UK South, delivering local CPD events and supporting the regional membership and boards to develop RICS strategies & policies.
Her spare time is spent travelling with a passion for Spain and a holiday home in Almeria.
Tom Levitt - Operations Director
Tom joined Built Intelligence in January 2020 and oversees the Customer Success team helping customers with their initial platform setup, training and getting the most of our technology.
Before joining BI, Tom had a 20 year career in the Estate Agency industry where he was a director for one of the largest SaaS CRM companies.
In his spare time he enjoys gardening, looking after his nephew and getting away to Cornwall for weekend breaks.

Batuhan Balaban - Senior Full Stack Developer
Batuhan Balaban is a Senior Full Stack Developer, he joined Built Intelligence in 2019 to lead the UI technology transformation project. He is passionate about building great products while enabling others to perform their roles effectively. He has lead, designed and developed products of small to enterprise scale.
His spare time is spent enjoying motorcycle touring.
Sid Kandasamy - Software Developer
Sid joined Built Intelligence in March 2020, as Junior Web Developer. He mainly focuses on helping enhance and build features on Built Intelligence’s React based Platform – FastDraft. His other responsibilities include creating pages and email marketing for our Shopify website.

Adrian heads up the Development Team here at Built Intelligence. As a Solutions Architect and Development Evangelist, he is highly analytical and a proactive PRINCE2 qualified professional, with a genuine passion for all things technical.
Adrian and his team provide technical support and successfully develop applications in addition to establishing and developing IT projects and infrastructures.

Richard Hodson - Content Manager
Richard has been with Built Intelligence since 2018 originally joining as Production Technician and now promoted to Content Manager. With an ever increasing library of courses, he oversees all course content and programmes, working his magic in turning transcriptions into programmes.
As well as working with production, Rich also works with the Marketing Team to help support with design and delivery of marketing comms and copy.

Mike is an independent development consultant who started working with the team in 2019 and works closely with us as Lead Software Developer & Architect.
With over 20 years experience in managing full life cycle development, Mike works with us on programming, training, infrastructure, dev-ops, project management and utilisation.

Zaied Sabti - Head of Sales
Zaied joined the team at Built Intelligence in 2022, with a proven track record of success working with multi-million pound construction, civil engineering, and information technology clients. He brings with him experience in the provision and sales of computer software, training, consultancy and E-learning within the construction, civil engineering and IT sectors.
Laura Parsonage - Finance
Laura is based in Bath as a freelance Financial Director working for a mix of corporate clients and juggles a demanding work schedule with 2 young children! Dealing with everything financial, accountancy and HR keeps Laura busy at Built Intelligence!

Russell King - Business Development Manager
Russell King joined Built Intelligence as Business Development Manager in March 2020. With over 25 years property, software and technology experience the switch to construction has bought a wealth of new terminology and abbreviations to the table!
Russell has put his interests in fitness and extreme sports to good use having raised money for Childhood Neuroblastoma, Bloodwise, Help for Hero’s, Stroke Association, Born Free and a number of other charities. A keen traveller he enjoys adventures at home and overseas with his young family.

Emmanuel Babatunde joined the Built Intelligence team in December 2020, having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development earlier that year. Simon Hughes - CTO
Simon joined Built Intelligence in 2020 as Fractional CTO, managing roadmaps, setting tasks and deadlines and identifying and managing key technology risks and issues. Balancing many tasks, Simon has been overseeing the design and build of BI's software and contract management systems and has been instrumental in the delivery of secure, highly scalable digital systems in demanding timescales whilst maintaining the highest quality.
Lisa Holmyard - Head of Client Account Management
Lisa joined Built Intelligence in 2022 and comes with 35 years’ experience across business development and service management from across the leisure, security, telecom and IT sectors. The last six years Lisa has focussed her career on the architect, engineering, construction and operations (AECO) sectors with business and account management for projects requiring NEC contract management software including for Europe’s largest infrastructure project.
In her past, Lisa played rugby for the rugby club she also managed. In her spare time, Lisa now enjoys spending time with her large family and adventure walking with her dog, especially along the beautiful Devon coast.
Kyle Prosser - Trainee Software Apprentice
Kyle Prosser joins in 2022 as the youngest member of the
BI Team! Based in the Bristol office (his hometown!) Kyle’s role is Trainee Software Apprentice, working towards becoming a full stack developer while supporting the Team and growing within the role. Outside the office, Kyle is a keen skateboarder and this sport has given him the opportunity to meet some amazing people and work on community projects.

Steve joined Built Intelligence in November 2022 and hit the ground running ensuring the business had a safe pair of hands to help support and develop the growth and ongoing scale and that BI continues goes from strength to strength. With over 20 years’ experience, Steve is a growth focussed board advisor working with the BI executive and teams to help guide and build the business to be stronger and better!
Megan Morgan - Key Account Manager
Meg joined Built Intelligence as Key Account Manager in January 2022. Having previously worked with Contract management SaaS since 2016, she brings established software and technology experience and a strong client services reputation within the construction industry and is looking forward to being part of the Built Intelligence team at this exciting time.
Meg has a horse called Diamond and is keen to pick up his eventing career, post-Covid. She moved to Malvern two years ago with her husband and two cats and they are busy (if not a little overwhelmed) with updating the property, huge garden and 30 foot Victorian greenhouse!

Joining Built Intelligence in January 2022, Steve brings with him over 20 years’ experience in IT implementation and development having dealt directly with third-party software suppliers and in-house development teams.

Equal parts strategist and tactician, Siôn has a hands-on passion for demand generation, product innovation and creating compelling brand experiences.

Paul, our newly appointment CRO, is passionate about understanding our customer’s needs and translating them into creative solutions. In his 25 years of sales experience, he has rarely come across an organisation that has the depth and breadth of niche industry experience that Built Intelligence has in construction contract management. We live in an increasingly complex and litigious environment, Built Intelligence has the software, online skills library and community of industry experts to achieve the number one provider status of contract management proficiency globally – this represents an extraordinary and exciting opportunity for growth.
In his increasingly condensed leisure time he is a keen sailor and, having started his career in the Royal Navy, has now crossed the Atlantic on a yacht as well as a warship. He also enjoys skiing, cycling and piano, but they have been trumped by being a Dad to a young son.

Lily joined the BI Team in April 2023 to work as a Support Technician, working alongside the Customer Support Team to help customers with queries and tech support. Lily is new to the construction industry, although she has over 8 years of customer service experience having come from a background in retail.

Meaghan Corner - Apprentice Software Tester
A dedicated Software Tester Apprentice with a keen eye for detail, consistently striving to uncover and report different types of bugs and defects. She has a careful approach of testing and commitment to excellence. She analyses software applications to ensure the delivery of high quality and functional products. Her devotion towards testing allows her to effectively identify and report issues, contributing to improve software production and beyond the workplace as she actively seeks opportunities to enhance her testing skills and stay updated withing the latest industry trends.

Jo is a part qualified ACCA accountant with over 10 years’ experience. She started in practice as a junior and soon gained the experience to move to industry. Having worked in manufacturing, construction and services, and her vast knowledge comes in handy at BI.
