Adjudicator's decision enforced in Ireland
On 26 January 2021, a judgement was handed down in the Irish High Court to enforce an Adjudicator’s decision made pursuant to the Construction Contracts Act 2013 (“the Act”).
This course will briefly explain what Adjudication is before considering the significance of the decision in Gravity Construction Limited v Total Highway Maintenance Limited  IEHC 19 to the Irish construction industry.
