In this course, we will look at the procedures and timescales for the Contractor to submit quotations through to when a compensation event is implemented.
At the end of the course, learners will be better able to:
1. Explain what the Service Manager's response to a quotation should be, including why, when and how and how the Service Manager makes their own assessment of the compensation event is important.
Consequently, learners will be better able to fulfil their obligations under the contract.
