The aim of this course is to offer insights into the roles and responsibilities within a project team on a construction project.
After studying this course, you should be able to:-
1. Describe some of the common problems that might arise amongst a project team including professional pride, overlaps between stages, extended project participation and temporary multi-organisations
2. List the different project team roles, and the way that these interact with other members of a traditional project team, in particular how this is different under private finance initiative and performance-based contracts.
