The aim of this course is to provide an overview of the employer’s rights to give instructions and how the design submission process works under the JCT Design and Build Contract.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
1. Understand the information that must be provided by the contractor for the H&S file, design documents and related information and samples for the standard and quality of the materials, goods and workmanship.
2. Explain the general design submission procedure and the schedule 1 procedure under DB16
